Tarangire is one of the northern circuit's best kept secrets. It is easily accessible from Arusha and Ngorongoro.
While game viewing is good here throughout the year, late August - September - October see an elephant migration into the river valley which is not like any other in Africa. The Park also provides excellent leopard sighting opportunities.
